Thailand is full of marvelous food and sights, but the Issan region is largely undocumented. Northeastern Thailand has many remote temples and the countryside views are simply stunning. Food is flavorful, exotic and simply delicious!

The jar came with 2 bamboo straws and a cemented top. You have to pry off the cement, rip the plastic open before pouring your beer in. I think the alcohol percentage for this mixture is at least 12 - 14% like wine.

I also bought their local alcohol made from rice. However, the jar comes with plastic wrapped rice husks and no alcohol. You have to add in your own soda or beer and drink up. It says the alcohol percentage is 4%, but I think it is dependent!
